How We Support

Personalised Care and Support in the Community

Supported Living In Kent

Citta Care provides the opportunity for our service users to live as independently as possible in a safe, secure and happy environment with supportive staff who are committed in enabling the service user to take charge of their own life. To achieve this, staff will empower the adults to write their own support plan which is person centred and will describe what is important to that person, how the adult wants their life to be and what support they need from the staff to achieve it.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer this opportunity and see individuals gain daily living skills, self-respect, confidence and ultimately be comfortable to feel they can move on and live independently of our services.

To ensure a fully person-centred approach for the individual, Citta Care Ltd are committed to working collaboratively with all personnel to ensure the needs, wishes and aspirations of individuals are met. this includes liaising closely with relevant local authorities and both physical and mental health professionals to ensure every individual receives the care and support they require to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
