Floating Support

Personalised Care and Support

Floating Support

Citta Care provides specialist floating support services and visiting support to people with a range of different needs.

Floating support services are for people who need support to live in their own community based accommodation.

Floating support is provided to people who have previously lived in supported housing and are moving in to their own flat or house within the community.  Floating support helps people to remain living independently in their own home.

We offer support for people with needs such as mental health, young parents, ex offenders, domestic abuse or substance misuse.

Support

Our flexible support is tailored to the needs of each individual.  We work with people in their own homes and out in the community.  We can help with developing a range of life skills from reading a utility meter to helping people get back to work.

Goals

Our aim of floating support is to help people remain living independently in their own home.  We work towards improving skills and confidence to take control of their life and make their own decisions.
