Citta Care provides specialist home care services and visiting support to people with a range of different needs.
Home care services are for people who need support to live in their own community-based accommodation.
Home care is often provided to people who have previously lived in supported housing and are moving into their own flat or house within the community. It helps people to remain living independently in their own home.
