Referrals

Access to our services is based on a robust assessment of need which is carried out by our registered manager.

Prospective individuals may have an enduring mental health condition, a dual diagnosis, physical disability or other complexities.

An assessment will allow us to identify the individual's suitability for support as well as capacity to consent to care and tenancy management.

Referrals for Citta Care are accepted from both health and social care professionals.
