As a support worker with Citta Care, you will be responsible for supporting our residents to become self-reliant and to develop their skills towards independent living. 

Our combined objective is to enable all of our service users to live a fulfilled and independent life in the community.

As one our support workers you will be caring, dynamic, passionate, empathetic, patient and a positive person. You will need to be resilient, confident, supportive, sensitive and above all, positive towards the needs of our residents. You will strike a good rapport with our residents, in order to support them to reach their full potential and achieve outcomes.

Within this role for example, you will support our residents to appointments, travelling, socializing, completing forms or accessing community-based activities.

You will be required to complete daily reports and will assist in the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.

As a minimum, all of our support workers are working towards or have achieved the Care Certificate qualification, with many of our team also having specialist experience and skills.  We also encourage our support workers to work towards a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
