As a support worker with Citta Care, you will support our residents to become self-reliant and to develop the skills to live a fulfilled and independent life in the community.
You will be caring, dynamic, passionate, empathetic, patient and positive. You will need to be resilient, confident, supportive and sensitive to the needs of our residents.
In this role you will support residents to appointments, with travelling, socialising, completing forms, and accessing community-based activities.
- No care experience needed. Full training from day one.
- Work in one of four homes in Canterbury, with a named team manager.
- A real career path: several of our managers started as support workers.
