Warm and Welcoming...
I took a person to a supported accommodation project, referral was sent via Probation, and the person did well and loved it. The team had so much knowledge in regards to mental health services.
It is in Canterbury and the person felt so supported by the staff and felt this would help be drug free and live a normal life. There was an amazing feel to the accommodation and the staff, they took their time, and this was a game changer, later the person told me they just see them self living the life wanted and that they have not seen this for years.

I find the staff here very helpful, friendly and kind. They help me attend meetings on time and take my medication on time and responsibly. They help me engage with Forward Trust and also AA meetings. They also offer support with food, cooking and cleaning prompts.

I have been liaising with Ashley (Service Manager) for the past few months regarding the care and support for two of my patients residing at Citta Care. Ashley is always pleasant, supportive and knowledgeable when communicating via telephone. His emails are always opened and responded in a timely manner and if he is unavailable to help, he always directs me to the appropriate staff member on duty.

Excellent Provider...
Service User has a very good team around them including members of the Community Mental Health Team, Social Care and has an excellent provider with Citta Care. They have 1:1 care plus background support the rest of the time including over night. Service User can approach a member of staff at any point during the day or night should they feel they need urgent support.
Team Working...
I just wanted to say thank you and your staff for all of your support. My colleagues will agree with me in saying that this is the most stable we have seen him for many months, even years. I know that your service user is grateful for the support too.

I would like to thank the team for the care they provide, in all the years he has been in different care facilities but Citta Care is one of the best and we were worried he would not see his 71st birthday, we are happy that you understand him and notice when he can become unwell and get him the correct support he needs.

Prior to joining Citta Care, I've worked about 4 jobs, in 4 different sectors, but none of them compares to working at Citta Care. The quality of organisation and management at Citta Care surpasses the average quality one would get in other care organisations. Everyone's dedication, hard work, and camaraderie have been the driving force behind the team's successes. Whether it was lending a helping hand during challenging times or celebrating victories together, everyone has consistently demonstrated the true essence of teamwork at Citta Care.
I want to extend a special note of gratitude to the senior management team and my line manager. Your exceptional level of organisation and leadership have set a standard that surpasses what one might typically find in other healthcare organisations. Your guidance and support have been invaluable to me, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have worked under your leadership.
Leaving this team is undoubtedly bittersweet. While I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, saying goodbye to such an incredible group of individuals is very difficult. However, I take solace in knowing that the friendships we've cultivated extend beyond the confines of the workplace.
